报告题目: 港口与航运物流管理领域决策优化问题研究

摘要：世界十大港口，中国占据七席，港口产业对于一些沿海城市经济的影响也越来越重要；随着“一带一路”国家战略的实施，中国的港口与航运业发展迎来了新的发展机遇。港口及航运相关学术研究也得到了管理科学与工程领域学者越来越多的关注与兴趣。本报告主要介绍港口运作管理与航运物流领域一些最新的研究问题，以及研究进展（主要包括：数学规划模型的建立以及求解算法的设计）；并对该领域未来一些潜在的研究热点问题、可能拓展的方向进行分析。最后通过对该领域研究的回顾梳理，总结了一些针对“数据驱动的管理优化问题”决策思维与研究的心得体会。
报告人简介：镇璐，1981年生，上海大学管理学院院长、教授、博导，校经管学科学位评定分委员会主席。入选国家杰青、优青、上海市青年拔尖、东方学者、曙光学者、浦江人才、英国运筹学会会士（ORS Fellow）。1999年至2008年就读于上海交通大学，先后于2003年、2008年获学士、博士学位。博士毕业后，赴新加坡国立大学从事了两年多的博士后研究，2011年3月起任职于上海大学管理学院，担任讲师，先后于2011年10月、2012年11月破格晋升为副教授、教授，2019年11月担任管理学院院长。近年来以第一作者或通讯作者，发表SCI或SSCI国际期刊论文 88篇（第一作者 66 篇，通讯作者 22篇）。先后主持国家自科青年基金（2011）、优青（2014）、面上（2016）、重点（2018）、杰青（2020）五项国家级课题。研究成果曾荣获教育部第八届高等学校科学研究优秀成果奖（人文社会科学）二等奖，上海市哲学社会科学优秀成果一等奖、二等奖，中国物流与采购联合会科学进步一等奖等。受邀担任国际A档期刊《Transportation Research Part B》、国际B档期刊《Computers & Operations Research》、《Journal of the Operational Research Society》等五本SCI/SSCI国际期刊的副主编和编委；另外受邀担任中国管理科学与工程学会常务理事、中国物流学会常务理事等。
Abstract: China hosts seven out of the ten largest ports in the world. The industries related to the ports become more and more important. The academic research about the port and sea transportation has increasingly attracted the attention of the scholars in the management science and engineering area. This talk introduces the latest research problems in port operation management and shipping logistics. Moreover, we discuss the potential future directions of this area.
Bio：Lu Zhen is a Professor and Dean in the School of Management at Shanghai University. He got his B.S. and Ph.D. degrees from Shanghai Jiao Tong University in 2003 and 2008, respectively. He worked at National University of Singapore as a postdoctoral scholar before joining Shanghai University in 2011. His research interests include logistics and supply chain management, operations research, optimization in port and shipping management, and knowledge management. He has published 88 SCI and SSCI journals including Transportation Science, Transportation Research Part B, Naval Research Logistics, and IISE Transactions. He is the PI of 15 projects including four at the national level. He has served as an associate editor/editorial board member of four SCI/SSC journals such as Transportation Research Part B (ABS 4), Journal of the Operational Research (ABS 3), Computers & Operations Research (ABS 3); and he is also the Fellow of the Operational Research Society (U.K.). He has been awarded National Nature Science Fund of China for Distinguished Young Scholar, National Nature Science Fund of China for Excellent Young Scholar, Changjiang Young Scholar in China,Outstanding Talents of Shanghai, Eastern Scholars of Shanghai, and Shuguang Scholars of Shanghai.
